| Local bus enthusiasts had a tour of Singapore onboard a SBS Transit Volvo B10M MkII, a Walter Alexander bodied non-airconditioned SBS1895D, the last unit of its kind in the fleet. Highlights include photo-taking sessions at Kallang Leisure Park, West Camp Road at Seletar and the Anchorvale Heavy Vehicle Park in Sengkang; as well as rides on the Benjamin Sheares Bridge and through the newly opened tunnels of the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).
The tour was held to commemorate the buses' 19 years of service, having been introduced into Singapore in 1988-1989 and being gradually phased out from 2007 to 2008 following the commencement of revenue service of the new Scania K230UBs.
